Purchased a neighbor's property and now pressured into signing a quit claim deed

My neighbor argues that we acquired extra land by mistake. County records verify our 3.9-acre property, but an attorney claims a plot error. Is his argument enforceable in Michigan?

i think the neighbor’s claim is kinda weak if county records back you up. but better check with a legit lawyer before any quit claim signing, coz these deed issues can get messy.
