Hey folks! I’m running a small but growing real estate development company. We’re focusing on apartment buildings and housing estates. Right now, we’ve got about 5 team members, but we’re planning to grow to 10 soon.
We’re juggling a lot of tasks – from buying land to managing construction and selling apartments. We use Slack and email for communication, but we need a better way to keep track of everything.
I’m looking at Asana, ClickUp, and Monday. They all look good, but I’m not sure which one would work best for us. We need something that’s easy to use, can grow with us, and can handle all our different projects.
The main things we’re after are:
- Simple interface
- Good for small teams
- Can handle multiple projects
- Works with other tools we use
