Hi folks,
I just finished making a big Real Estate CRM. It’s got lots of cool stuff like smart lead tracking, property management, and team tools. I built it with NextJS and TypeScript.
Now I’m not sure what to do. I thought about making it a subscription service, but now I’m thinking maybe I should sell the whole thing.
I’m wondering:
- How do I figure out what it’s worth when nobody’s using it yet?
- Where’s the best place to find buyers who might want it?
- What should I get ready before I try to sell it?
If you’ve done something like this before, I’d love to hear about it. Thanks for any help you can give!
hey sarah, cool project! maybe try sellin it on flippa or similar sites? theyre good for software sales. also, check out real estate facebook groups. lotta potential buyers there. for value, look at similar crms and price accordingly. good luck with the sale!
Having developed a Real Estate CRM myself, I understand the challenge of pricing a product without an established user base. Determining its value can rely on the time and effort invested as much as on the market potential. To locate interested buyers, consider reaching out via specialized industry forums, LinkedIn groups, or marketplaces dedicated to real estate technology. It might also be worthwhile to generate buzz by contacting mid-sized real estate firms directly. Moreover, having a detailed set of documentation and a working demo can significantly boost potential buyers’ confidence in your solution.
Wow, sounds like an impressive project! Have you considered reaching out to local real estate agencies for feedback? They might offer valuable insights on features and pricing. What about running a beta test to gather user data? That could help gauge interest and potential value. Have you thought about showcasing it at real estate tech conferences?
