As someone who’s worked in real estate for years, I can tell you that finding a good virtual assistant is crucial. One thing I’d suggest is to really test their cold calling skills during the interview process. Have them do a mock call with you playing the role of a potential seller. This will give you a real sense of their communication style and ability to think on their feet.

Also, don’t underestimate the importance of time management skills. In my experience, the best VAs are those who can prioritize tasks effectively without constant supervision. Maybe give them a sample day’s workload and ask how they’d approach it.

Lastly, consider using project management tools like Trello or Asana to keep track of tasks and deadlines. It’ll make collaboration much smoother, especially when working remotely. Good luck with your search!

hey there! as someone who’s done VA work in real estate, i’d suggest looking into time tracking software. it helps keep everyone accountable and makes billing easier. also, dont forget to check references - cold calling skills can make or break your lead gen efforts. good luck finding your perfect match!

Hey, have you ever tried a specialized VA platform? They often come with pre-screened candidates and offer payroll benefits. I’m curious – what’s been your biggest headache when sifting through applicants so far?
