Hey everyone! I’m new to real estate investing and I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. There are so many properties to look at and financing options to consider. I’m wondering if anyone can recommend some good software tools that can help me analyze properties and compare different mortgage options? I’ve heard there are some apps out there, but I’m not sure which ones are worth trying. It would be great to have something that can help me crunch the numbers quickly and make more informed decisions. Any suggestions from experienced investors would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!
nice, i’ve been using dealcheck for a bit—great for crunching cash flow, roi, etc. you can compare mortgage options too. might wanna check it out if you’re starting out. helped me a ton!
Hey there! Have you tried BiggerPockets calculators? They’re pretty neat for quick property analysis. What kind of properties are you looking at? Rentals, flips? Curious to hear more about your investing goals!
