Hey everyone! I’m a big fan of my Bilt card and really enjoy the bonus points it gives me. But I’m planning to buy a house soon and was wondering if anyone knows whether Bilt might add mortgages to their offerings in the future. It would be awesome to use their program for such a big purchase. Has anyone heard any rumors or news about this? I’m curious to know what other cardholders think about the possibility. Would you be interested in a Bilt mortgage if they offered one?
Ooh, mortgages from Bilt? That’d be amazing! 
What if they let us use points for down payments? Or gave extra rewards for on-time payments? I’m dreaming big here, but imagine the possibilities! Anyone else have wild ideas for Bilt mortgages?
ive heard rumors bout bilt mortgages. wouldnt bet on it soon tho. mortgage biz is tough to crack. But if they do, bet theyd tie it to points somehow. might be worth waiting if ur not in a rush to buy. just my 2 cents
I’ve been following Bilt’s developments closely, and while there’s no official word on home loans yet, it wouldn’t surprise me if they ventured into mortgages eventually.
Their focus on renters and real estate makes it a logical next step. However, the mortgage market is highly regulated and competitive, so it might take some time for them to navigate those waters.
If they eventually offer mortgages and integrate it effectively with their existing rewards structure, it could become a significant advantage for loyal Bilt customers making the shift from renting to owning.
